Refund Policy
Read our refund and return conditions carefully. This policy explains when refunds are possible, how they work, and how to request support.
1. Digital Goods Refund Policy
Because IPTV subscriptions are digital and delivered electronically, refunds are only possible in specific situations.
Once the activation process has started or the line has been delivered, the order becomes *non-refundable*, except in cases where the service cannot be delivered at all.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a partial or full refund ONLY if:
- We are unable to activate or deliver your subscription.
- The server is completely unavailable for more than 24 hours consecutively.
- You purchased the wrong plan by mistake and did not receive activation yet.
Refunds are *not eligible* in the following cases:
- Customer provided wrong device, player, or app information.
- Customer internet connection is slow, unstable, or below recommended speeds.
- Customer changed app/device and the issue is not related to our service.
- Customer shared their subscription causing it to stop working.
- Customer did not read instructions before purchasing.
3. Internet Speed and Customer Responsibility
The customer must ensure their internet connection meets the required speed:
- For HD: minimum 20–25 Mbps
- For 4K: minimum 50 Mbps
- Stable ping lower than 40ms
If the issue is caused by your internet provider, Wi-Fi, or device compatibility, a refund cannot be issued.
4. Exchanges and Plan Changes
If you purchased the wrong plan accidentally and your subscription has not yet been activated, we can change your plan for free.
5. How to Request a Refund or Support
You can request help through WhatsApp or Email. Please include:
- Your full name
- Your email or WhatsApp number
- Your subscription duration (1 / 3 / 6 / 12 months)
- The issue you are experiencing
