Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our IPTV / streaming service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

  • Service refers to the IPTV / streaming service, website, apps, and any related features operated by the Company.
  • Website refers to the Company’s official website and any associated landing pages.
  • Subscription means the digital access plan purchased by a User to access the Service for a specific period.
  • User, You or Customer means any individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Device means any device that can access the Service such as a TV, smartphone, tablet, or computer.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If You disagree with any part of the Terms, You may not access or use the Service.

You represent that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with the Company.

3. Subscriptions and Access

3.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Different plans may offer different features such as channel packages, video-on-demand content, streaming quality (HD / 4K / 8K), and duration (for example: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months).

3.2 Activation

After We receive your payment and required information (such as device type, app, or player), We will activate your Subscription and provide you with the necessary login details or playlist link. Activation times may vary but We aim to process orders as quickly as possible.

3.3 Duration and Renewal

Each Subscription is valid only for the period indicated at the time of purchase. At the end of the Subscription period, access to the Service will automatically expire unless you renew or purchase a new plan.

4. User Accounts and Security

To use some parts of the Service, you may be required to create an account or provide contact details. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account details.
  • Notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or Subscription.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account or Subscription. The Company has the right to suspend or terminate your access if We suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

5. Payments and Billing

All Subscriptions must be paid in full in advance using the payment methods accepted by the Company. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be updated from time to time.

  • By completing a purchase, you authorize the Company to charge the full amount to your selected payment method.
  • Any fees charged by your bank or payment provider (for example currency conversion or transfer fees) are your responsibility.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Because access to the Service is digital and we start preparing your line / account immediately after payment, all sales are generally considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated by the Company.

In exceptional cases (for example, if the Service cannot be delivered at all), We may, at Our sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund or extend your Subscription as compensation.

7. Use of the Service

When using the Service, You agree that You will:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute your Subscription or login details without written permission.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack any part of the Service or our systems.
  • Not use the Service to transmit any harmful, illegal, or infringing content.

8. Quality, Availability and Maintenance

We always try to provide stable, high-quality streams and channels, but the quality of the Service also depends on factors outside our control such as your internet speed, your Device, your location, and any third-party applications used.

From time to time, we may temporarily suspend or limit the Service for maintenance, updates, or security reasons. We will do our best to minimize interruptions and, where possible, inform you in advance.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website design, logos, texts, graphics, and other content created by the Company are our property and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse any part of our branding or content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Apps and Content

Our Service may require the use of third-party applications or players (for example IPTV apps installed on your Device). These apps are not owned or controlled by Us. You are responsible for downloading, installing, and updating them from official and trusted sources.

We are not responsible for any damage, data loss, or issues caused by third-party software or content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall in all cases be limited to the amount you paid for the Subscription during the period in which the issue occurred.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will modify the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Any changes will become effective when they are posted on the Website.

By continuing to use the Service after the revised Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by the new Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
